Limassol
Our client is a CySEC regulated Forex Company with a new office in Limassol. They are now looking to employ energetic sales officers. The office has an inhouse canteen. If you do not have experience in the FX industry you will be trained.
Responsibilities:
Handling prospective and existing clients, communicating with clients through phone and emails, handling customer's requests
Sourcing new prospective partners, negotiate and close new business
Calling new prospective clients
Present and promote the company's products and services, keep clients up to date with financial market conditions and major economic announcements
Assist the back-office department for effectively opening accounts and verifying customer identification and due diligence documents
Handle customers' queries in a timely and accurate manner
Identify and develop new markets for the organisation
Monitor day-to-day activity of clients and contact them when needed to ensure they have a positive customer experience.
Full training will be provided as well continuous coaching and support by the Head of Sales
Requirements:
At least 6 months sales experience in the Forex Industry
Fluency in English
Money driven, enthusiastic, dynamic and self-motivated with strong sales skills
Self-confidence and hunger for success
Excellent communication skills
The working hours are 9am - 6pm
The salary for experienced sales officers is up to 1,600 - 1,800 Euros gross + commissions
