Our client is a CySec regulated Forex Broker based in Limassol and they are looking to recruit FX Sales /Retention Agents to join their growing sales team
Duties & Responsibilities:
Promote the company's financial products and services
Develop and maintain relationship with prospective and existing clients, ensuring they receive highest level of service.
Being familiar with client onboarding process and KYC
Train clients on the company's trading system and interact daily with clientele
Monitor day-to-day activity of clients and contact them via telephone and email when needed to ensure they have a positive customer experience
Handle clients queries in a timely and accurate manner
Identify new markets for the organization
Cooperating effectively with other departments as required
Full training will be provided as well as on going one on one coaching with Head of Sales
Requirements:
Sales experience in the Forex Industry
Fluent in English and any additional European language id highly beneficial especially Spanish
Enthusiastic, strong sales skills and motivated
Advanced computer literacy
Team oriented and excellent communication skills
Valid work permit required
Working hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
Salary: Basic from 1500 - 2000 Euros gross monthly
