On behalf of our client a Global regulated Broker, GRS Recruitment are seeking a Customer Support Officer who can converse fluently in Turkish to join their team in Limassol. This company offers a variety of trading services including, Forex, Stock and Commodities, working with over a million traders worldwide.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Will need to handle all client queries via live chats, emails and phone calls the group
- Process appropriate verification procedures according to client classifications and
- Follow account opening procedures – KYC and regular record keeping procedures
- Experience in a Customer Support position in a regulated financial services company will be considered an advantage;
- Excellent knowledge of the English Language both written and oral, is Necessary;
- Organized, diligent and detail oriented.
- Computer literate, good capacity of Microsoft Office applications.
- Professionalism, work ethic, Self-motivation and a Team player;
- Positive can-do attitude.
