Our client, a CySEC regulated Forex Company based in Limassol, is looking to hire a Dutch or English speaking Retention Officer. Their approach is customer service oriented (so no aggressive retention style).
Preferable Experience and Qualifications:
University or College degree in any field
Knowledge of Dutch or English Language
Good communication, presentation and negotiating skills
The ability to work quickly, under pressure and to deadlines
The ability to work to a high degree of accuracy
Able to work on own initiative and a good team player
High level of self-motivation
Excellent organizational skills
Good analytical skills
Good time management
EU working Permit
Ideally hold the CySEC licence
