Job Description

Our client, a group of companies, engaged in the field of fintech, with a comfortable office in the city center in Limassol, is looking to hire a Head of RTO.

Responsibilities:
Working along with the Head of Dealing on own Account for the daily management & monitoring of the Trading Platforms to ensure their smooth operation
Assisting with the efficiency & effectiveness of the Dealing Department
Assisting with reports preparation requested by Accountants, Internal Auditors, management and regulator
Quoting, confirming and transmitting client’s trades in line with company’s policies and procedures
Monitoring trends in all currency pairings highlighting Market news, earnings and corporate actions
Monitoring of exposures and communication with liquidity providers
Monitoring of orders to ensure proper execution for both clients with the company and company with liquidity providers
Providing an overview of all relevant market activity to the Team
Keeping up to date with market information and monitoring trend

Requirements:
University Degree in Economics/Accounting/Finance/Math’s or other related fields
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Financial Sector is a must
Excellent command of computer systems and Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Microsoft Excel)
Holder of CySEC Advanced certificate is a must
Fluent in English both oral and written
Experience in working with Trading Systems is a must
Excellent mathematical skills
Ability to work under pressure and fast paced environment

The working hours are 09:00 -18:00
