Job Description

Our client is a real estate development company with a portfolio of exclusive residential and commercial projects and they are looking to recruit a Russian speaking HR Officer

Job Description:
Onboarding and off boarding of employees (preparing job descriptions, posting job ads, screening application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates);
Preparation of employment contracts, termination agreements, etc.;
Administering benefits programs such as health insurance, vacation, sick leaves;
Immigration issues for third country nationals (i.e. visa support, arranging work permits to non-EU employees (and their families));
Conducting salary market research;
Supporting relocation of employees;
Maintaining and fulfilling files with employment data;
Registering employees with Tax authorities and Social Insurance;
Responding to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs;
Overseeing the smooth and efficient running of all aspects of the office;
Maintaining documents’ circulation and database;
Knowledge of Cyprus law legislation and GDPR Legislation will be considered an advantage;
Assisting employees to understand and implement policies and procedures;
Organizing Events.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar
Working experience (5+ years)
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Fluent English and Russian required, Greek would be an advantage
No work permit requirements
