Our client, a top leading company operating in the Ship management industry worldwide, is currently looking for an experienced Communications Assistant to join their Communication’s Team and participate on the development of global campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Manage and update marketing files and templates.
Organise and coordinate trade fairs and events.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations.
Support the development of advertising campaigns and brochures.
General administration of tasks including budget updates, handling invoices,
report generation and setting appointments.
Maintain strong working relationships with relevant personnel across departments and global locations.
Liaise with external partners.
Education and Work Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Media & Communications, Marketing or related field.
2+ years’ of experience in a similar role / industry.
Job Specific Skills:
Excellent administrative and project management skills with an ability to deliver
to time and quality.
Detail Oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Proactive attitude, good networking skills.
Fluent in English.
Remuneration package:
Salary: 17K to 19K EUR/GROSS/ANNUAL according to qualification and experience.
