Job Description

Our client is a Corporate & Business Consulting Services firm who are looking to hire a Senior Complaints Officer to join their Compliance team based at their Head Office in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

Managing complaints in accordance with regulatory guidelines and complaints handling policy of the Company;

Responsible for handling, investigating and resolving customers’ complaints within given time frames;

Obtaining necessary information/updates from other departments regarding the resolution of the  complaints;

Presenting detailed summaries of  complaints to the Head of the Department as well as to the Management;

Negotiating suitable resolutions to complaints with customers;

Ensuring that a written official reply is provided to the complainant on company’s decisions and findings;

Providing complaints-related reports as requested.

Requirements:

1 year of previous experience in handling Complaints in the Forex Industry is a must;

University or College Degree in any field (Degree in Law will be considered as an advantage)

Fluency in English Language

Additional languages will be considered as an advantage;

Excellent judgment and detailed oriented;

Ability in delivering solutions quickly, efficiently and with accuracy;

Good communication and interpersonal skills;

Ability to work well under pressure.

Working hours are thirty seven and a half (37.5) hours a week, - Monday to Thursday 09:00a.m. - 18:00 p.m. with one hour lunch break (13:00-14:00) and Friday 9:00a.m. - 15:00 p.m. with half-hour lunch break (13:00-13:30)
