Limassol
Our client is an international Investment Firm regulated by CySec and they are looking to hire a Head of Back Office to join the team based in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
Processing clients' trading agreements;
Processing daily transactions;
Maintaining clients' records;
Log details relating to the customer complaints, enquiries, feedbacks;
Perform efficient reconciliations of customer transactions, deposits and withdrawals;
Liaising with the sales team to arrange for the timely receipt of clients' documentation;
Carrying out Know Your Client procedure;
Assist the Compliance Officer with any necessary tasks;
Reviewing and overseeing the work of the Back Office Assistants;
Implement quality controls and procedures to ensure a high level of clients' satisfaction;
Any other relevant activities not listed above that may occur on an as and when basis.
Requirements:
2 years of experience on similar position;
Degree in finance or similar sector would be considered as advantage;
Fluent English;
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
Advanced level of computer skills (Microsoft Office, particularly, Excel and Word);
Basic bookkeeping skills would be considered as advantage;
CySEC advanced certificate would be an advantage;
