Our client, a company operating in the Medical industry, is seeking to employ a dynamic Sales Executive with integrity and advanced sales skills to lead and build up the Sales Department.
Responsibillities:
Close work with Sales Director training and independent
Achieve sales and business objectives (sales & share targets) through customer interactions
Demonstrate expertise in identifying key business drivers
Maintain relationship with current clients, and building and maintaining relationship with new clients
Set Sales goals and budgets & market data evaluation
Preparation of public and private tenders, and quotations for customers
Identify new markets & launching and managing campaigns
Staff performance evaluation and motivation
Organize, lead & build a Sales Team
Qualifications:
Graduate of a higher education institution in Business Administration/Sales /Marketing or Business Analysis and at least seven-year experience in the Health/ Medical sector in a Sales managerial position
Or at least ten-year working experience in Sales and/or Marketing in the Health/Medical sector in a managerial position Equipment/ Devices/Products.
In-depth experience on working with Government Tenders, Public & Private Sector Sales
Results driven by demonstrated critical thinking and strong analysis & initiative
Entrepreneurial approach to business decision making & business planning skills, problem solving skills, customer engagement strategies
Strong understanding and execution of customer segmentation models
Prioritized targeting in line with brand(s) strategies
Strong customer focus and collaboration skills
Fluent in Greek and English
Clear driving license
Integrity
Experience in public sector advantage/ tendering
