Job description:
Execution and drafting of documents
Liaising with Russian and Cyprus lawyers and auditors
Concerning corporate matters
Drafting of commercial agreements accordingto Cyprus law
Opening of bank accounts for Companies / Individuals in Cyprus
Handling all KYC requests with Russian and Swiss Banks and Cypriot Banks
Preparing and executing bank transfers, payments,KYC and due diligence for banks
Organizing meetings and visas for Russian colleagues and their families
Working in 1C Documentation system
Preparation of office budget
Required skills and knowledge -
excellent communication and organization skills,
working experience as office administrator
fluent in Russian and English languages
computer skills ( Word , Excel, Outlook)
Must have residence and Working permission in Cyprus
Salary -1800 euros net per month.
