The main responsibilities of the position include:
· Architecting and building resilient Cloud infrastructures that are protected against security threats
· Gaining insight into security incidents and threats by monitoring/analysing logs, threat detection findings and performing vulnerability assessments
· Participating in efforts that tailor the company’s security policies, procedures and standards for use in Cloud environments
· Ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of data stored in the Cloud and applies secure authentication and authorization practices
· Providing support to end users regarding Cloud-related security issues
· Securing containerized applications deployed on AWS ECS/EKS and applies DevSecOps methodologies on the CI/CD pipeline
· Sharing knowledge and experience with other team members and writes/maintains technical documentation and run-books
- Working in close cooperation with the rest of the Network & Security team
Main requirements:
· BSc/MSc in Information Security or any other related field
· Minimum 2 years’ working experience in Information Security, with proven focus in Cloud Security
· Deep technical knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS). Expertise on Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud is considered an advantage
· Hands-on experience on AWS services such as EC2, ELB, VPC, RDS, IAM, S3, CloudTrail, Config, CloudWatch, WAF, etc
· Clear understanding of current threats to Cloud infrastructure and advanced knowledge on securing such environments
· Experience in Application security and DevSecOps methodologies
· Experience in building and deploying applications in the Cloud using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
· Strong problem solving and analytical skills
