Our client, a fast-growing property development company in Limassol, is expanding and is therefore looking for a Document Controller /Project Secretary to provide administration service to the Project team.
Responsibilities:
Devising and maintaining office systems
Using content management systems to maintain and update internal databases
Arranging meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes
Liaising with members of staff in other departments or external contacts
Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies
Organizing and storing paperwork, documents, and computer-based information
Liaise with the project team for compiling documents
Provide administration service to the Technical and Quality Assurance Teams
Provide the project with all required documentation or reports as when requested
Enter project related information into the Design Information Control System as directed
Record receipt of Design Information at key stages against the deliverables schedule as directed
Requirements:
Secondary School or University degree in engineering, administration or economicsย
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Construction experience is highly preferred
Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, Microstation, BIM & Revit, Microsoft Office
Must have understanding of the different Engineering disciplines, such as Building, Mechanical and Electrical works
Good knowledge of Greek and English
Self-starter, able to work independently with minimum supervision
Accuracy and attention to detail
Able to work with minimal supervision, efficiently schedule and manage time
Salary based on skills and experience + 13th month
