Limassol
Our client, a fast-growing property development company in Limassol, is expanding and is therefore looking for a Design Manager. In this role you will work closely with third parties (tendering process, suppliers, etc.)
Responsibilities:
Design verification/optimization review of architectural, structural, MEP drawings
Audit drawings of exterior consultants to verify compliance with authorities and company design requirements
Manage external consultants and provide support and direction during the design and construction phase of project
Propose alternative design solutions
Provide design and quality control support to construction management teams
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil / Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related fields
At least 7 years previous experience in similar position
Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language, both oral and written
Excellent knowledge of the laws and regulations relevant to the residential and commercial development in Cyprus
Good knowledge of the procedures to apply and obtain planning and building permits in the various jurisdictions in Cyprus
Knowledge of software: AutoCad 2D, MS Office
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Salary based on skills and experience + 13th month
