Our client is an International Media Marketing Company with a global presence and offices in Cyprus, Holland, Israel, Serbia and South Africa. Due to their on-going expansion they are looking to hire a Sales/Retention Manager to be based at their offices here in Limassol.
The role will be responsible for:
Manage the overall Sales & Retention Departments and operations of the company
Work with the Marketing Department on sales promotions and lead acquisition
Setting targets for each Sales/Coversioin/Retention Agent in terms of activation of new clients, retention of existing clients, partnership acquisitions, and the overall conversion rate
Provide training on new products or procedures and support to the team and clients
Monitor the daily sales operations closely and provide guidance and practical advice to account managers in order to enhance their performance
Develop new sales tactics to approach each client segment properly
Identify new business opportunities that may arise during the normal course of sales operations and seize them in a professional and timely manner
Provide training on new products or procedures and support to the team and clients
Create sales and progress reports for senior executives
Follow market trends, competition developments, and major market events closely
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Previous experience in sales (conversion) and retention roles in the Forex Industry
A hands on leader
Previous experience as a Sales/Retention or Conversion Manager within a FX Company
The ability to train, guide, develop and coach team members.
Proven ability and experience to work under pressure and efficient to meet deadlines
Excellent organisational skills
The position requires fluency in English plus any additional language an advantage.
The company is offering a very competitive salary and bonus structure based on individual and team performance
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 10am - 7pm
