Our client is an International Corporate Services, Tax Consultancy & Trust Firm in Limassol. They are now looking to employ an Assistant to the Corporate Department. Priority of the job will be the filing. There are lots of opportunities to build yourself up within the company so they are looking for long-term commitment.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the filing of all documents
Maintaining the filing room / system in good order
Archiving / Updating box files
Digital filing of transfer in / out companies
Assisting client managers in various transactions when needed, including the drafting of corporate documents (minutes, board resolutions, letters etc.)
Undertake general office administration tasks within the department
Requirements:
Positive and team player with strong organizational skills
Knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Word
Excellent knowledge of the English language and (preferable Greek), both oral and written
Previous experience / background in Fiduciary Service Industry will be considered as an advantage
High School Diploma

The working hours are Monday to Friday 08.30 to 18.00 and Wednesday or Friday (on rotation) 08.30 - 15.00.
Salary based on skills and experience + 13th salary.
