Our client is an International Media Marketing Company with a global presence and offices in Cyprus, Holland, Israel, Serbia and South Africa. Due to their on-going expansion they are looking to expand their team here in Cyprus by employing a number of Dutch Retention Agents to be based at their offices here in Limassol.
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of 6 - 12 months previous Retention sales experience .
Native/Fluent Dutch with a very high level of English with any additional language an advantage
Excellent sales skills with the ability to close deals with clients (B2B or B2C)
Highly motivated, self driven with a hunger to succeed
The positions will be responsible for:
Managing existing client relationships globally in order to retain the client relationship by offering an high level of service and market knowledge.
Cross and upselling the various products and services offered by the company
The company is offering an excellent package of:
Base salary of between 1700 - 2000 Euros gross per month based on performance
Excellent commissions/bonuses based on sales with potential earnings of up to 7000 - 10 000 Euros per month plus on top of the base salary)
The working hours are Monday to Friday with rotational shifts including 9:00-18:00 / 10:00-19:00 / 11:00-20:00
