Job Description

Our client a Cysec regulated Forex Broker based in Paphos are currently recruiting for an experienced Conversion Team Lead for the Conversion Department   

In this role you will work under the direction of the Conversion Manager and be responsible for reviewing performance, providing feedback and coaching sales agents.  The Team Leader needs to ensure that the agents have the tools and ability to reach the targets set for them and that they develop the necessary skills and competencies to be successful in the role. 

We are looking for a natural talented and passionate individual to join this new team.  You will understand what makes team members tick and what motivates them to grow and excel, what it takes to drive a team to succeed.  

Responsibilities

Contribute to the overall performance in the conversion department through specific tasks including but not limited to:

Manage, develop, coach, and motivate the sales agents to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales targets and KPI targets are met

Provide on-the-ground support for sales agents as they generate leads and close new deals

Inspire a team of sales agents to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and customer satisfaction

Support the Sales Manager to deliver business targets and objectives and create a performance-oriented culture

Ensure training and development plans are maintained for all team members

Manage the fair and consistent application of performance management and disciplinary measures as necessary

Assist in the training and on-boarding of new sales agents

Escalate any appropriate problems to senior management

Entering and updating client information into the internal CRM System in line with company policy and all leads are followed up in a timely manner

Gains understanding of client needs before presenting relevant products/services

Performs all other duties deemed necessary to enable the department to meet its goals, including flexibility with work schedule and actively making taking calls as and when required

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Team leader in a call centre sales or customer services environment is desired

Excellent written and verbal communication skills [English Language]

Computer literate Microsoft Office [Word/Excel - MUST] / CRM experience

Passionate about sales and a desire to succeed

Strong coaching and people-development skills through call listening, quality feedback, mentoring, on-the-job or in classroom training, simulations etc

High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented

Able to work independently as well as within a team

Can do attitude - not afraid to get stuck in and on the phone

Professional work ethic, responsible and ability to work shift patterns including weekends

Excellent organisation and time management skills

Outgoing, positive, 'smile' on phone:  fully grasp and apply the best practice guidelines for outgoing/incoming calls, emails and campaigning

Basic Salary:  

€1,500 - €2,000 [Depending on Experience]

Commission:

Excellent commission structure based on achievements

Working hours

The business operates Monday - Sunday [5 days out of 7] therefore weekend working on a rotational basis with the Sales Manager. 

Hours:  Initial shift pattern 11:00 - 20:00 [9 hour shift, 1 hour lunch break]
