Job Responsibilities
Assisting new clients who have shown an interest in opening a trading account
Maximises all sales opportunities to ensure highest deposit obtainable
Know all the features and benefits of all products, services, promotions, bonuses, and trading systems offered to better sell to the client
Gains understanding of client needs before presenting relevant products/services
Working to achieve all sales/conversion targets on a consistent basis
To ensure that all up-selling and cross-selling opportunities are capitalised upon
Understanding of what motivates clients
Entering and updating client information into the internal CRM System
Requirements
Excellent communication skills, fluency in English is a must.
Additional languages, native Spanish, German
Sales experience in any field
Can work towards targets & under pressure
Characteristics: money/target driven, dynamic and self-motivated with strong sales skills, self-confident with hunger for success, good work ethic with desire to go that extra mile.
Strong computer skills, CRM, Microsoft Packages
