Job Responsibilities
Ensuring the retention of existing clients and helping to continue their trading activity.
Maintaining a high volume of client contact via phone and email.
Promoting the company's products and services in an effective and efficient manner.
Providing proactive and excellent client service at all times.
Providing clients with ongoing updates on the markets.
Ensuring effective delivery of the service, meeting company's standards.
Assisting clients to continue trading.
Assisting clients with any platform/financial trading related queries.
Informing all existing clients of any new products and promotions that the company is offering.
Meeting daily, weekly and monthly targets set by the company.
Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with colleagues, build trust, communicate effectively, focus on the client, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
Adhering to all company's policies and procedures, ensuring that all relevant compliance obligations are met and are in line with the relevant authority requirements.
In addition to these duties, may from time to time be required to undertake additional or other duties within your capacity to meet the needs of the business.
Requirements
Degree in Economics/Finance/Banking/Business Management or related field, desired.
Knowledge/interest in the financial markets,
Proven sales track record and ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Excellent communication skills, fluency in English is a must.
Additional languages, native Spanish & German
Forex experience required
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
Characteristics: money/target driven, dynamic and self-motivated with strong sales skills, self-confident with hunger for success, good work ethic and works well under pressure of targets.
Strong computer skills, CRM, Microsoft Packages
Excellent organizational skills
