Our client is an International Financial Group of Companies providing services in various sectors within the Finance sector, is looking to hire a Russian Finance Manager for their offices based in Limassol.
With activities within Funds and Asset Management, Finance & Investments, Payment Services, Management and Tax Consulting the successful candidate will be a trustworthy and reliable person with a passion for work and experience in close cooperation with the shareholders.
The position will be responsible for:
Collection, interpretation and review of financial information
Financial analysis: participating in preparing management accounts
Provide advice to the stakeholders regarding the company and future business decisions might be impacted
Review, monitor and manage budgets
Produce financial reports relating to budgets, account payable, account receivable, expenses etc.
Develop long-term business plans based on these reports
Calculate the income tax for Cyprus companies and participation in VAT audits
Develop strategies that minimize financial risk
Cooperate with auditors in respect of the financial statements
The ideal candidate will have/be:
BSc in Accounting/Finance or any other relevant degree
5 years plus experience in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulation and procedures
Extensive experience in direct communication and reporting to shareholders
Hands on experience with 1C is a must
Advanced MS Excel skills
Very strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Fluency in Russian and English languages is must
Any additional certificates or qualifications will be considered an advantage
The company is offering a competitive salary of up to 4000 Euros net per month based on qualifications and experience plus additional benefits including:
