We are a global CFD broker, headquartered in Sydney and currently expanding and looking to build a brand-new customer support department, right here in Limassol. Our aim is to have a multilingual team of professionals who are extremely passionate about providing the very best customer experience to all our clients worldwide.
We feel that the customer experience is key to any successful company and we would like our new team member to possess the following skills.
· Fluent in English as well as an additional European language such as Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, French or German.
· Previous experience in a similar position within the financial sector will be considered an advantage.

In your role as customer support agent, your main duties would be the following.
· Provide high quality customer service to our clients via livechat, email and telephone.
· Assist and provide all the relevant support and information to facilitate the clients with a swift on boarding process.
· Support clients with any technical or troubleshooting issues.
· Promoting available products and services.
· Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients.
