Our client a CySEC Regulated Forex Broker with offices in Limassol are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant
Duties:
Monitoring of announcements on CySEC website
Follow ups on pending tasks - Coordinating internally with all departments and externally with service providers
Document review for grammatical and formatting errors
Filling of documents in physical and electronic files
Repeated on-going tasks such as monthly submissions
Performance of monthly & quarterly monitoring activities
Ad-hoc administrative tasks
Preparation of documents
Research (for e-signature tool, etc.)
Assistance with bank account opening procedures
Compilation of documents requested for an Internal Audit
Requirements:
Proactive, quick learner, eye for detail, precision and high standard of performance, without the high need for a micromanagement and overseeing, ability to follow procedures, organized and structured approach to tasks, good MS Office knowledge (predominantly Word + Excel), problem solving and analytical skills.
Fluent in English with German/Greek language and advantage

From 1600-1800 gross per month based on experience
