Our client is a strategic investment individual who has activities in a large number of jurisdictions and he is looking to recruit a Russian speaking Personal Assistant.
Position requirements:
The business owner currently requires an administrative individual who will assist them in ongoing projects and developments by communicating all requests to executives responsible of implementing such requests, and report directly to them with all progress.
Main responsibilities:
Support the Business owner in all day-to-day activities;
Maintain calendar and daily schedule;
Prepare correspondence, reports and materials for publications and presentations;
Setup travel arrangements;
Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for business associates'[
Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences;
Take minute during meetings and conferences;
Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner;
Meet and greet clients and partners of the Business Owner;
Perform general clerical duties to include but not to limit to; photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing;
Translate documents for the Business Owner, upon their request;
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system;
Coordinate project-based work; and
Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time within the general scope of responsibilities.
Qualifications/Skills:
Relevant experience within a similar position is a must;
Fluent in both Russian and English, both oral and written, Greek language is advantageous;
Strong communication and organization skills;
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
Outstanding organizational and time management skills;
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;
Excellent verbal and written communications skills; and
Discretion and confidentiality.

Salary starts at the rate of EUR 20 000 gross per annum
