Our client is a well established full service law firm based here in Limassol specialising in Corporate and Financial Law. They are looking to employ an Office Administrator/Legal Secretary to join their team here in Cyprus.
Responsibilities:
Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, etc.) in a professional manner.
Sort, organize and maintain office records accurately.
Streamline document filing process ensuring their availability at all times.
Ensure all new documents and paperwork are filed and logged properly in the system.
Index documents with numbers or codes before filing.
Typing legal documents
Undertake general office administration tasks;
Manage agendas;
Handling the petty cash;
Welcoming visitors, clients and associates.
Requirements:
University Degree/Diploma in secretarial studies or related field;
Previous experience as a legal secretary will be considered and advantage;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English;
Familiarity with legal documents and terminology;
Proficiency with MS Office;
Typing speed of at least 50 wpm with a high rate of accuracy;
Able to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines;
Courteous and professional demeanor;
Responsible, attentive to details, accurate, positive and supportive;
Professional telephone manner;
Strong sense of loyalty and discretion.
The working hours of the office are Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:30pm
The company is offering a competitive salary between 1,200- 1,400 EUR gross based on skills and previous experience
