On behalf of our client, a reputable and CySEC licensed investment firm with offices in Limassol and abroad, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of minimum 1 year in a similar role. In addition, the ideal candidate for the role will be an excellent team player with great communication skills and attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department activities.
- Update spreadsheets, databases, and company CRM with relevant information.
- Track progress with Marketing Managers and/or Marketing Specialists
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data
- Collaborate with the design department to produce promotional materials
- Organize promotional activities for new products/services
- Ensure marketing materials, descriptions, etc. meet company standard and guidelines.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with internal team and prospective tenants.
- Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Officer or similar role
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools
- Previous experience in webinar and email setup will be considered an advantage
- Experience with research methods using data analytics software
- Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns will be considered an advantage
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
