Our client is an established CySEC regulated Forex company based in Limassol and they are in the process recruiting a English-speaking Senior HR Officer to join the HR team
The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience as he/she will take the lead of various HR activities.
Main Responsibilities:
Advertising job ads through various recruiting channels and HR websites.
Maintaining and updating HR databases and filing system.
Arranging interviews with potential candidates.
Headhunting, interviewing and shortlisting candidates, and arranging interviews with line managers.
Preparation of all necessary documents for new employees to comply with CySEC regulations.
Organising in-house and corporate events.
Liaising with various restaurants and shops for employee discounts and benefits.
Managing annual and sick leaves data for the company.
Key Requirements:
Native English speaker or fluency in English is a must.
A University Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, HR or any other related field.
Familiar with social media and comfortable with posting ads on social media platforms – plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of MS office application
At lease of 2 years of relevant working experience as HR officer
At least of 1 year in a forex industry
