Our client, a fast-growing property development company in Cyprus, is expanding and is therefore looking for a Quantity Surveyor for their office in Limassol. The projects are in Nicosia and Limassol.
Responsibilities:
Measuring details of Provisions in BoQ for further tendering and Procurement
Measuring of the materials used for installation (concrete, streel, glue, paint, etc.) based on the technical specification and details provided by a Site Engineer
Extra Works evaluation and control of completion for Main Contractor
Certification of the Main Contractor's subcontractors
Preparing monthly interim payment certificates of Main Contractor for a client
Final Account of Main Contractor for a client
Contract administration
Cost Control
Other QS responsibilities (on demand)
Requirements:
At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
Attention to detail and methodical thinking, excellent numeracy
Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
Cyprus top-developer experience is preferred
Fluent English and Greek skills
The salary will be 1,800 to 2,000 Euros gross + 13th month
The working hours are 8:00 - 17:00 with 1 hour break (it is possible to extend the lunch break to 2 hours with the end at 18:00)
