Meeting personal sales targets
Meeting office sales targets
Motivation of team members and improvement of organizational structure

Building the relationships with Agency network
Requirements:
Proficient English and Russian languages, both spoken and written is a must
University degree in Marketing, Business or Finance
Minimum 5 years of successful B2C and B2B sales and marketing experience
Excellent knowledge of MS office software
Result driven, self-motivated and ambitious team player
Have a resilient, positive and friendly attitude
Ability to work independently and able to supervise a team of agents
Organizational and time-management skills
Solid negotiation, sales, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
