Job Description

Rockland Oneill Ltd is in search of an experienced, dynamic individual for immediate hire as the Sales and Marketing Manager in their offices in Nicosia.

Responsibilities/Duties:

·         Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services such as special promotions, sponsored events etc.

·         Has profound sales skills in Real Estate property.

·         Contributes information, ideas and research to help develop marketing strategies.

·         Communicates with and uses all forms of media for marketing and promotion.

·         Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels.

·         Has excellent skills and strong relation with media.

·         Helps design and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered.

·         Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.

·         Answers questions from clients about a product’s or service’s benefits in a professional manner.

·         Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.

·         Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals.

·         Implements and adheres to company’s policies and procedures.

Skills/Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business and/or similar

·         Master’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration and/or similar

·         5 or more years of experience in a similar position
