Job Description

Our client is a well-established  CySEC regulated Forex Company with offices in Limassol and they are currently looking to hire an exceptional and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager.

The successful candidate should be creative, fluent in English, being passionate with the social media, has an extensive network, knowing how to identify high caliber talents and having at least 2 years' experience in the forex industry. 

Responsibilities:

Develop, updated and publish job descriptions and specifications

Screen candidates resumes and job applications 

Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews

Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes as per role requirement 

Identify best candidates for each required role through various sources 

Source and recruit potential candidates through headhunting online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)

Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events

Lead company's branding initiatives

Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events

Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Being in contact with HRs of the group to update for the job recruiting process

Providing daily reports regarding the candidates, traffic and cost per hire, etc.  

Requirement:

Proven work experience as a Recruiter into a forex company at least two year is a must

Degree in Human Resources Management or any other relevant field

Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)

Fluent in English is a must

To be out of the box and creative thinker 

Excellent knowledge of the social media 

Marketing background will be considered as an advantage 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong decision-making skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure

Highly confidential

Has network (LinkedIn, social media)
