Our client is part of a group of companies, and they deal with philanthropic, artsy, fun, events organising. They are looking for Russian Speaking Secretary to join their team in Limassol.
Position Over View:
Secretary / PA to the Director.
Typing, preparing, filing the documents and forms
Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
Maintaining archive of documents;
Liaising with relevant organizations, authorities.
Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Make travel arrangements for executives
Monitor office supplies
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Proven experience of 2-3 years as secretary or similar administrative role.
Proficient in MS Office and work with office equipment
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
Integrity and confidentiality
Fluent in Russian and English is a MUST
Benefits:
Salary is €1200 net and everything is paid for by the company (social insurance full, income taxes, gesy etc.)
Bonuses include 21 days off + 10 sick days, 13th salary and other bonuses depending on performance
Working hours are 9-6 with a one hour break
