CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Investment Firm with offices in Limassol we are seeking to recruit a number of Retention Agents to join their team. The successful applicants will possess excellent communication skills in English and/or French/German and will ideally have previous and demonstrable experience within the sales department of an FX and/or Financial Services company.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Promote the company’s product and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of services at all times.
- Educate clients on how to use the company’s trading platforms.
- Keep up-to-date with the financial markets.
- Follow the policies and procedures set by the compliance department.
Key Skills/Experience:
- At least 6 months experience in a retention and/or sales role.
- Fluency in English (Written & Spoken) and/or French/German (Written & Spoken) is essential.
- Strong computer skills, CRM, Microsoft Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Sales experience within the Financial / FX / Options Industry will be considered as an advantage.
- Dynamic, innovative and target driven.
- Ability to work in pressure in a fast-moving environment.
