Job Description:
• Processing deposits, withdrawals and refunds based on the established policies and
procedures
• Client account KYC document checks
• Ensuring compliance with the company's anti-money laundering procedures
• Assisting internally all departments with any issues related to client funds
• Providing suggestions on system enhancements
• Performing other ad hoc tasks as requested
Job Requirements:
• Degree in finance, economics or accounting is considered an advantage
• Experience in a similar position will be a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Efficient and strong detail oriented
• Computer and numerically literate
• Valid work permit required
8-hour rotation of shifts between 09 am to 11 pm
