Limassol
A successful high-end interior design studio based in Limassol is looking to expand its operations and hire a Director of Architecture and Design. As a licensed architect, you will be leading the entire design operations of the firm, responsible for all design and architectural output, project oversight, and technical delivery. You will have demonstrated experience in both residential and as well as commercial interiors (villas, apartments, hotels, lobbies, hotel rooms, restaurants, bars, gyms, conference rooms, office space, etc), and a proven team leader, with strong commercial and technical acumen.
Key responsibilities
· - Run the design operations of the firm;
· - Develop new and existing client relationships;
· - Manage and mentor a team of interior designers and architects to deliver projects to a high standard, on time, and on budget;
· - Oversee the development of architectural and interior drawings for the purpose of construction;
· - Undertake random site visits and quality control for the projects;
· - Understand client needs and exceed their expectations;
· - Work closely with the Director of Finance and Procurement and drive the company towards set goals and aspirations.
Skills and Qualifications

· - Experience in the architectural/interior design field.
· - Progressive leadership experience.
· - Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Interior Design/Engineering.
· - Extensive knowledge of the real estate development process, the construction industry, Design/Build process, and trends impacting the business.
· - Strong business acumen, including basic accounting and business procedures.
· - Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
· · - Experience in working in all stages across interior design and construction process
· - Demonstrate curiosity and passion for trends and insights to strategically inform design.
· - Previous experience of liaising with, getting to know and developing long-standing relationships with clients.
