Our client, an Online Media Services Company, is strengthening their presence in Cyprus with a second office in Limassol. They are expanding their business ventures and are now looking to hire an HR Officer for their offices in Limassol.
The HR Officer will help the company with talent acquisition and the administration of the office.
Responsibilities:
Preparing job descriptions based on business needs.
Advertising available positions on different career websites & social media.
Cooperating with recruitment agencies.
Interviewing
Preparing offers and contracts for successful candidates.
Preparing monthly reports of staff hours.
Overseeing general office operations.
Purchasing office supplies.
Petty-cash management.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in recruiting role.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Positive and enthusiastic personality
