Job Description:
- Participate in the quality checks before a new release is live
- Coordinate with the different teams on projects that will improve and maintain the quality of information published on the company’s websites
- Ensure that website links function according to plan
- Identify and provide feedback on trends or patterns, such as error trends
- Identify customers’ needs and gaps in company’s websites and recommend new topics
- Develop and maintain product knowledge, industry knowledge, and business
- Review, edit and improve internally and externally facing written content when needed
- Ensure all-around consistency
- Advise and recommend your suggestions to improve the quality
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing/Business Administration or English Literature
- Business fluency in the English language
- Previous experience in the same position will be considered as an advantage
- Previous experience in the Forex Industry will be considered as an advantage
- Great attention to detail
- Must be able to effectively organize, prioritize and execute tasks to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work within a marketing team, and other departments
- Computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
