Job Description

Our client is an investment firm currently establishing offices in Limassol and looking to build a their team. They’re looking for a Back Office administrator with experience in a similar role, knowledge in excel, can-do and positive attitude that will grow with the company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Answer all emails received from clients regarding queries on the account opening process as well as amending existing accounts.
  • Providing administrative and support services efficiently for smooth functioning of organization and effective working of employees.
  • Be the mediator between the customer support team and the Retention team when required.
  • Preparing reports for the management when required.
  • Responsible for all administration of the company’s office
  • Provide assistance to the management as required
  • Update and maintain office policies as necessary.
  • Organize office operations and procedures

Requirements

  • A University diploma in any field will be considered an advantage
  • Fluency in English
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Previous experience within the forex/fintech industry would be considered an advantage
  • Computer literacy with a very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiar with the Due Diligence process - KYC process
  • Experience in a customer facing role.
  • Friendly, Outgoing and Trustworthy personality.
