Job Description

A.N. Stasis Estates PLC is looking for an Assistant Real Estate Officer who will be responsible for completing duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Sales and Business Development, and the Executive Board. All tasks and projects will be performed through the business systems, procedures and methods set by the Director.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Analyzing, decision-making, organizing, planning and executing various company projects as led by the Director and in coordination with other team members.

  2. Taking part in the recruiting of new employees and all aspects of HR handling.

  3. Deliver Sales & Marketing tasks in accordance to the Team’s objectives.

  4. Develop and maintain records of all activities taking place.

  5. Carry out various tasks involving anything from the mundane, procedural and tedious to the extremely complex and of-decision-making nature.

  6. Deal with customers, agents and suppliers where necessary.

  7. Direct and daily contact with the Sales Director who will continuously redefine projects, procedures and tasks according to executive needs, priorities and requirements

Working Conditions:

Required Qualifications


  1. EU citizen and Paphos permanent resident.

  2. Possesses an automobile and a driver's license.

  3. Highly organized, program-oriented, efficient and self-motivated individual with critical and analytical thinking abilities.

  4. Able to work in teams but also take initiatives to solve fast-paced problems on the go, within set time-limits and restricted resources.

  5. A can-do and positive attitude combined with an excellent character and loyalty to the Executive’s mission.

  6. Computer literacy skills are absolutely necessary.

  7. Suitable candidates have been in roles dealing with either marketing, selling, dealing with customers, office organizing and administration, managing personnel on a daily basis, or similar.

  8. Suitable candidates have a degree or can effectively demonstrate their ability to learn and excel in a business environment.

  9. Languages: Greek (fluently), English (fluently).

  10. Age: Between 20-40 years old
