Job Description

Our client, a fast-growing property development company in Cyprus, is expanding and is therefore looking for a Chinese Speaking Client Relationship Manager for their office in Limassol. This person will be the office manager in a small office (3 people) and be responsible for proactive sales, marketing and administration.

Responsibilities:

Negotiate with clients, handle the details of the real estate transaction

Coordinate with the management of the company to agree on sales & marketing strategies

Prepare progress and status reports to be presented to the management

Proactively initiating and engaging sales calls to new prospects

Coordinate with accounting & legal department to prepare necessary sales documentation

Assist management in sourcing of b2b/b2c events, analyzing & monitoring of Chinese website & marketing materials

Presentation of company products & services to interested clients

Accompanying clients coming from abroad for inspection trips to Cyprus

Coordinate with colleagues to ensure effective organization of appointments with clients and their registration in the company's CRM

Feedback and complaint management

Acquiring excellent knowledge of Cyprus real estate market, the company's products, necessary details for foreign investors (taxation, documentation for citizenship/PR, money transfers, etc.)

Minor help with translations & proof-reading of Chinese documents

Requirements:

Fluent Chinese and English is a must, knowledge of any other languages will be considered an advantage

Communicative, friendly, user and team-oriented

Well organized, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Experience in sales, marketing or related field will be a plus

Excellent knowledge of MS office software

Must have a work permit for Cyprus
