The Optical Centre's Optometrists are qualified from British universities and are members of the British College of Optometrists. A&A Optical Centre Seeks to Employ: Temporary Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

·         Retrieving and updating client records

·         Helping clients with their choice of frames and sunglasses

·         Advising clients on the choice of lenses and helping to replenish the stocks of contact lenses and spectacle frames on the shelves.

·         Handle customer questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

·         Maintain records of customer prescriptions, work orders and payments

·         Other assignments as required

Requirements

·         Excellent command of the Greek and English language

·         Excellent customer service skills

·         Past experience within the same industry will be considered an additional qualification

·         Basic knowledge of word and excel

Competencies 

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Team - oriented
