Limassol
Our client is an American online Financial Services company with offices worldwide, in the process of setting up an office in Limassol and currently looking to recruit an HR Generalist to join the People Department.
Responsibilities:
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Conduct employee onboarding
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Undertake tasks around performance management and employee engagement
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Ensure compliance with labour regulations
Any other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field
3-5 years of Human Resources experience in a dynamic and agile environment
Good knowledge of employment/labour laws
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (BambooHR would be a plus)
Excellent communication and people skills
Critical thinker and self-starter
Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
Additional HR training will be a plus
