Job Description:
- Participate in the quality checks before a new release is live
- Do regular checks to ensure websites’ links functionality and other deficiencies
- Identify gaps in the existing systems and provide gap analysis to the relevant stakeholders, to ensure a satisfactory user experience through fixes and new developments
- Follow up with the stakeholders are involved in projects to ensure that there is a progress according to the business requirements
- Provide ongoing feedback for improvements through a competitor’s analysis
- Identify customers’ needs and gaps in company’s websites and recommend new topics
- Develop and maintain product and industry knowledge
- Review, edit and improve internally and externally facing written content when needed
- Ensure all-around consistency person Specification
Person Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business administration, research and development or relevant field
- Previous experience in the same position within the Forex Industry will be considered as an advantage
- Great attention to detail
- Business fluency in the English language
- Must be able to effectively organize, prioritize and execute tasks to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work within a marketing team, and other departments
- Computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
