Dragon Capital (Cyprus) Limited, a well-established Investment company in Cyprus since 2006 and part of the International Investment Group, is seeking to recruit an Accounting role to join our team in Limassol:
Job Description:
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Create and update expense reports
- Process reimbursement forms
- Prepare bank deposits
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
- Review and file payroll documents
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits
- Participate in tax reporting, including VAT, preparing respective info for tax consultants
Requirements:
- BSc/BA in finance, economics, business administration or a related field
- 3-5 years work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
- Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
- Knowledge of tax legislation and tax reporting in Cyprus
- EU-Citizen – this is recommended. Cyprus citizen is an ideal match
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, etc.)
- Knowledge of Russian/Ukraine is an advantage, not a requirement
- Excellent communication skills
- Integrity and professional ethics
- Teamwork skills
- Attention to detail
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA Holder) will be considered as anadvantage
- Focused on results
- Mindful of deadlines
