Job Title:

Compliance Assistant

Depaho is a financial company licensed by the Cyprus Securities Commission (CySec) and based in Nicosia, Cyprus. The company’s operation is focused on online trading in the global financial markets.

Reports to:

Head of Compliance

Based:

Nicosia, Cyprus

Overall Purpose of Function:

The Compliance Assistant is responsible to provide assistance to the Head of Compliance

in exercising oversight responsibility for the compliance and integrity of the Company.

Required Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

  • Ideally have at least 2 years’ experience in a CIF;
  • Have knowledge of CySec regulations;
  • University graduate
  • Holder of the CySec Financial Framework Advanced certificate and CySec / AML certification;
  • Fluent in business English;
  • One other European language will be considered as an advantage.
Other Requirements

Assisting the Head of Compliance Officer to:

  • Ensure Company’s compliance with local and European regulations on everyday basis;
  • Be up to date with all applicable regulatory materials, such as directives, regulations, any circulars, or similar regulatory documents;
  • Prepare and update existing policies and procedures of the Company;
  • Prepare annual regulatory compliance reports;
  • Ensure full and timely regulatory reporting (periodic and ad-hoc);
  • Liaise with internal/external auditors and CySec on any compliance related matters;
  • Provide periodic training to company employees relating to regulatory matters;
  • Take part in all regulatory and compliance related discussions internally and externally;
