They design intelligent, bespoke and intuitive web applications, desktop applications, mobile apps, and provide services that transform brands for their digital transformation.
They are a diverse team of approximately 70 highly talented, enthusiastic software developers, project managers, web designers, digital marketers, analysts and QA engineers.
The team is primarily located in Cyprus, with about a third of employees located abroad from various locations, allowing for an internationally diverse team.

Responsibilities:
Provides strategic thought-partnership / guidance to Team Leads and Management
Participates in strategic planning discussions around business priorities and people initiatives
Sets clear direction, gives guidance, coaches HR team and people managers in support of their work for the company
Assists with succession planning and org design
Coordinates compensation and benefits review
Assists in setting policy and process for the whole company
Champions organizational change
Handles serious, escalated employee relations issues
Ensures compliance with employment legislation and compliance to regulatory concerns
Ad hoc support on a day to day basis
Maintains confidentiality

Supports continuous development in the HR team and in other teams
Handles employee relationship management

Requirements:
Masters degree in HR, business, or relevant experience
Experience setting department level goals and strategy
Demonstrated leadership skills
Experience with organizational design
Demonstrated experience with organizational change, including policy and process changes
Understanding of relevant labor legislation
Understanding of compensation and benefits in theory and practice
