CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding provider of Digital Marketing solutions, we are seeking to recruit a Marketing Manager to join their expanding team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will ideally hold 3+ years previous experience in a similar role, and speak excellent, fluent English.

Role Overview:
 
As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for creating innovative marketing strategies that will build the brand, leading to increase awareness and relevant aspect among the target audience. The ideal candidate possesses tremendous communication and leadership skills, with proven success in traditional and innovative campaigns across the broad spectrum of today’s marketing channels. We are looking for a ground breaking leader with strategies, creative and financial acumen as well as a strong business intellect to take the organization to the next level.
 
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 

• Drive and implement all marketing activities to ensure on-brand positioning and awareness across all aspect of the marketing mix, inbound and outbound.
• Define and coordinate Marketing programs for demand creation and lead generation with our sales team and implement lead-tracking and management processes.
• Manage all aspect of marketing planning, budgeting, metric and reporting.
• Implement and leverage the latest marketing tools and technologies.
• Manage external agencies and relationship with marketing services.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with industries thought- leaders, marketing associations and advisors.
• Implement and leverage the latest marketing tools and technologies.
• Utilize critical market and competitive research to segment and define target markets, refine and improve the product value proposition and implement the best market- penetration strategy.

 
Key Skills/Experience:
 

• University degree in Marketing.
• 3+ years of B2B/B2C Marketing experience at a venture – backed tech start-up or in a comparable industry with well-rounded marketing/ business development experience in positions of increasing responsibility.
• Self-motivated, positive, creative, innovative and Multitasker with the ability to prioritize and manage time strategically.
• Content writing skills is essential.
• Excellent English skills, with superb writing abilities in various diverse styles/tone with accurate spelling and grammar.
• A profound comprehension of customer needs and what motivates them.
• Strict adherence to brand guidelines and company policy.
• Extraordinary research, organizational and learning abilities.
• Deep understanding of computer software.
• Experienced with email marketing, lead generation and online marketing.
• Leadership experience managing a team of direct reports. Hand-on collaborative style of working is a must.
• Exceptional track record developing and implementing marketing strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives.
• Strong operational, project management and public – speaking skills.
• Exceptional in choosing, deploying and using marketing and sales applications.
• Social Media Marketing Experience.
• Online Marketing Experience.
