Our client is a Specialised Service Provider to Non Performing Loans, part of a Global Private Equity Firm that is in the process of setting up offices in Cyprus, and they are looking to hire a Real Estate Valuer to be part of their team based at their offices in Nicosia.
Reporting to the Head of the Legal Measures Department the role will be responsible for:
Reviews the Valuation Reports received by the external providers and ensures accuracy
Prepare valuations on specific properties and projects
Prepares reports for recommendations to be submitted to the Committees and the Senior Management Team
Represents the company to the land registry
Perform on-site inspections of complex and specialized properties
Provide support to other departments relating to valuation reports and valuation process
Manages the list of all properties that are handled by the external provider
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor degree in Property Valuation, Real Estate or any other related field
Masters degree would be considered an advantage
Member of the Scientific and Technical Chamber Cyprus (ETEK) as Land Valuer
RICS members in Valuation will be considered as an advantage
At least 3 years of experience of working and making decisions in a property environment
Familiarity with all current industry's regulations, rules, and standards
Excellent command of both the Greek and English language
Strong organization and communication skills
Attention to details
