About the position –FULL TIME
D. Zavos Group is looking for a motivated and talented member to assist our legal team at our Head Office in Limassol, with a focus on corporate secretary tasks and obligation. As well as performing as a legal and corporate focal point in commercial negotiations with company’s current and prospective customers.
Responsibilities
Attending the Land Registry for the transfer of immovable properties
· Managing the group’s corporate secretary work, i.e. opening files, organising meetings, email management and drafting correspondence
· Performing as a legal and corporate focal point in commercial negotiations with company’s current and prospective customers
· Drafting letters, tenancy agreements and contracts of sale
Assist with educating employees with respect to compliance and legal and regulatory requirements, contracting process and various other areas of responsibilities
· Performing legal research
· Providing legal advice and guidance on regulatory matters

Requirements
· Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
· Admitted to practice in England-considered as an advantage
· Minimum 3 years previous in-house or law firm experience
· Experience in drafting real estate agreements (both tenancy agreements and contracts of sale)
· Compliance and regulatory experience-considered as an advantage
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Fluent in Greek and English, both written and verbal is a must
· Ability to work under stress and deadlines
