What You’ll Do:

• Guide, analyze, and create business cases/proposals across all business units;
• Develop detailed business requirements, and data/ process flows for approved business cases to initiate projects;
• Prepare and communicate the required documentation and information to relevant parties to support seamless project deliveries, change management, and benefit realization;
• Perform benefit calculations and measure the realized outcome of projects and products;
• Create and maintain strong relationships with your teammates, senior management,  business units, IT project management team, and vendors;
• Work closely with the head of EPMO, providing insights and progress reports for all business analysis initiatives;
• Identify areas for improvement, derive insights from the data, and develop recommendations;
• Become the bridge between the Business units and tech teams;
• Create a knowledge base for company products, business processes, templates, questionnaires, assessments, and so on;
• Inspire, coach, and implement business analysis best practices across our organization and become an idol of business analysis;

What You Have:

• A solid track record of business analysis work;
• Well-versed in Business Analysis techniques and tools and industry best practices;
• Previous experience in FX industry will be considered as a strong advantage;

• Critical and creative mindset;
• Detailed-oriented approach;
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment;
• Experience working with the Senior Management;
• Nimble and driven personality;
